WILLOWBROOKE TOWNS—ON—CANADA—2025
Willowbrooke Towns is project designed for the real estate developer Branthaven. It presents a visual identity for a townhome community in Milton, Ontario, centred on the connection between town and country living. The concept highlights proximity to nature, a sense of calm, and a balance of modernity with elevated design that remains accessible.
For this project, a fully custom typeface was created for the logo, along with an organic grid system to organize visual hierarchy and support clear communication across materials.
This project was designed under the direction of Gladstone.
Due to internal considerations, the client chose not to move forward with this direction after the initial phase of its release.
